The disadvantages of e-learning

Besides advantages, there is also disadvantages by using e-learning. Firstly, it is difficult to used e-learning if we did not have a wireless that connected to internet. The most important thing that we need when using e-learning is internet. Secondly, it is also difficult if there is an error, which is when the page cannot open and also when the certain website is upgrated. For an example, when we have to submitted an assignment and suddenly the website of our college is upgrated, then it will be difficult for us when we cannot submit our assignment. Moreover, it is difficult for us if we did not have internet connection or broadband. Not all students have their own broadband and it is not easy for us when we have to submit our task or assignment. It means that we have to borrow it from our friends, so that we can finish our task and also assignment. But overall, I think e-learning is good for us to use it.

The benefit of e-learning

There are a few benefits by using e-learning. Firstly, by using e-learning, we can improved our performance. As a students, our performance is the most important thing that we can do. Besides that, the benefits by using e-learning is that it can increased access. Other than that, it is convinience and flexibility to learners which menas that in many contexts, e-learning is self-paced and the learning sessions are available 24 hours. Learners are not bound to a specific day/time to physically attend classes. We can save cost by using e-learning because we only just need to online without attend classes. By online, we can save our money and also our time.

e-leaning

In this semester, we are Decom students have to choose whether we want to take Marketing or IT class. For me, I have decided to take a Marketing because I am not really good in IT. But in Marketing, there is also one subject IT which is e-learning. What is e-learning? Actually, before I taken this subject, I also did not know what is e-learning. E-learning is also called as electronic learning and it is a term that encompasses all forms of Technology-Enchanced Learning (TEL) or very specific types of TEL such as online or Web-based learning. Nowadays, most of the colleges and universities used e-learning because it is easy to used and there is also the advantages and disadvantages by using e-learning.
